VIRTUAL GROUP REFORMER

This session is exclusively for clients with access to their own Reformer equipment and takes place over Zoom™. Each week brings challenging new exercises and movements to increase muscle awareness and activation. All workouts provide modifications, progressions, and regressions to accommodate any participating client's injury, special needs, fitness level, and brand of Reformer.
