HOW IS GROUP EXERCISE DIFFERENT AT CENTRAL CORE?
Virtual group exercise sessions at Central Core have a maximum of ten students. The comparatively small size of these sessions allows for greater attention on the individual participants, which in turn facilitates a better learning experience. Beginners will learn correct form more easily, while advanced participants will be challenged through the appropriate modifications.
