MISHA PATEL

Misha is a fully certified Stott Pilates, TRX Sports Medicine, and Z-Health trainer providing intelligent application of movement for clinical rehab to athletic performance. Hence, in addition to offering classes to the general public, professional athletes, expecting and new mothers, young adults, and active seniors, Misha welcomes clients with neurological disorders, concussion therapy, auto-immune concerns, cancer rehab, and more. Additionally, Misha has extensive experience in training clients who have herniated or bulged disc, spinal fusions, neck trauma, rotator cuff injuries, ligamental injuries, carpal tunnel, meniscal tears, breast surgery, scoliosis, separated abdominals, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, TMJ, biceps tendinopathy, frozen shoulder, tennis and golfer elbow, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and neuropathy.

Misha's instruction is heavily influenced by her understanding of human anatomy, kinesiology, and applied neurology, which enables her to aid each of her clients achieve individual goals in a healthy, appropriate, and proactive manner.

As an accomplished dancer, figure skater, and choreographer, Misha has spoken at several national and international conventions about injury prevention and the importance of strength and flexibility to that end. In 2018, she became one of the few fitness professionals to ever be named to Silicon Valley’s Top 40 Under 40 by Silicon Valley Business Journal. Misha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts, Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Marketing from Santa Clara University.


CAMERON JONES

Cameron's passion for athletics is evidenced by nearly a decade of playing soccer, 4 years of volleyball, and participation in half marathons. In 2017, she became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. In 2019, she was selected as one of the youngest student managers of Fitness and Wellness at the CalPoly Rec Center.

At Central Core, Cameron specializes in designing group and individual TRX, circuit training, weight training, high-intensity interval training, Barre, Pilates Jumpboard and injury preventative workouts that are tailored to each individual’s specific abilities, injuries, and goals.

Cameron's experience working closely with injured athletes since 2013 has led her to adopt a very functional, adaptable, yet challenging training style. She strives to make exercising an empowering, pain-free, and enjoyable experience for everyone she works with. Cameron has adapted workouts in person and virtually for an array of clientele with special needs, such as high-risk pregnancies, deaf, and post-surgery. Cameron has experience in training clients who have herniated or bulged disc, neck trauma, rotator cuff injuries, ligamental injuries, carpal tunnel, meniscal tears, breast surgery, TMJ, tennis and golfer elbow, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
