HOW IS GROUP EXERCISE DIFFERENT AT CENTRAL CORE?
Group exercise sessions at Central Core have a maximum of twelve students. The comparatively small size of these sessions allows for greater attention on the individual participants, which in turn facilitates a better learning experience. Beginners will learn correct form more easily, while advanced participants will be challenged through the appropriate modifications.
WHAT DO I BRING TO A GROUP EXERCISE SESSION?
It is important that you wear fitted and breathable exercise attire that permits for a full range of movement while allowing the instructors to see your alignment and form. Bringing a sweater for warm up and cool down will aid the controlled adjustment of your body temperature. Shoes are optional for Ab Fusion. Shoes are not worn during Suspension Yoga or Barre Fusion sessions and socks are optional.
WHO BENEFITS FROM BARRE FUSION?
Barre Fusion is recommended for individuals that are interested in increasing muscle tone and keeping long lean muscle. This format can be modified for all, and incorporates light weights and props to increase strength, challenge balance, and work on core strength and lengthening larger muscles.
WHAT CAN AB FUSION DO FOR ME?
Carefully selected exercises will strengthen your abdominal muscles, reduce back pain, and improve posture. To ensure optimal muscle utilization without neck or joint strain, each session is programed with standing, sitting, and laying down exercises to target and challenge all muscles that make up your core.
